This Cookie Policy explains how Twomiah Software Ventures ("Twomiah," "we," "us," or "our") uses cookies and similar technologies when you access our websites and services.
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help us make the Service function properly, understand usage patterns, and improve performance. We also use similar technologies such as local storage, session storage, and analytics scripts.
| Type | Purpose | Can Be Disabled? |
|---|---|---|
| Strictly Necessary | Authentication, session management, security (e.g., CSRF tokens, JWT sessions) | No — required for the Service to function |
| Functional | User preferences (dark/light mode, sidebar state, language) | Yes |
| Analytics | Understand usage, improve features, detect issues (via Google Analytics or Sentry) | Yes |
We do not use third-party advertising cookies or trackers on the Twomiah platform. We do not serve ads to you within our products or sell cookie data to third parties.
We use JWT (JSON Web Token) based authentication cookies to maintain your login session across requests. These are strictly necessary and cannot be disabled without losing access to the Service.
Sentry may set cookies or use local storage to track error sessions. This helps us detect and fix bugs. Sentry receives device data, browser information, and error context. We configure Sentry to scrub personally identifiable information from error reports.
Some Twomiah products allow administrators to optionally enable Google Analytics for usage tracking. When enabled, Google Analytics collects device data, usage behavior, and IP addresses (which may be anonymized). Google Analytics is not loaded unless explicitly enabled and consent is given where required.
You can control or block cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to refuse cookies, delete existing cookies, or be alerted before a cookie is set. Note that disabling strictly necessary cookies may prevent you from logging in or using core features.
Some browsers send "Do Not Track" (DNT) signals. We currently do not respond to DNT signals but honor consent preferences where applicable.
Cookies may involve data sharing with the following providers:
See our Privacy Policy and Sub-processor Disclosure for full details on data sharing.
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through a prominent notice in the Service.
